Impact of Transformational Leadership Style in the Achievement of Educational Organization’s Goals in Karachi

Abstract

This present research was done to discover the important impact of transformational leadership style in
accomplishing the aims and purposes of educational institutions in Pakistan. How this style of leadership can be
helpful for educational organization to achieve its goals in accordance with vision and mission that are provided by
the leadership. Role of leadership was put into consideration and tries to explore, how it is most suitable to implement
in educational organization to develop and maintain healthy working environment for teaching learning community
and impression of educational consequences on the main participants of education, which are students and society.
During the study we discovered that it is a tool that can be used to develop the sense of allegiance with teaching/nonteaching staff toward the organization by appreciation. This develops the internal motivation in employees that creates
